Lost and Found Items

Did you leave something behind during your stay? Don’t worry - we’re here to help!

If you believe you left a personal item at one of our vacation rentals, please fill out the Lost & Found Request Form on this page with as much detail as possible. Our team will do our best to locate the item and get it back to you.

How It Works:

  1. Submit the Form
    Provide your contact info, property name, stay dates, and a description of the item(s).

  2. Processing Time
    Please allow up to 14 days for your request to be reviewed and processed.

  3. Pick-Up or Shipping Options

    • Free Pick-Up: Found items may be picked up at our Midtown Kansas City office at no charge, located at 18 E 39th St.

    • Shipping: If you prefer to have the item shipped, we charge a $40 handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We’ll send you a payment link once your item is found.

Please Note:

  • We are not responsible for items left behind, but we will do our best to recover and return them.

  • Items not claimed within 30 days may be discarded or donated.
